Several Very Nice Things
I am filled with glee that such a thing as this exists. (take the virtual tour.) It looks like something out of Myst, but it is ACTUALLY REAL. Who wants to go to LA and pretend to be Hollywood muckety-mucks and go to this place?* Also, if I had stupid amounts of money, I'd want to convert some old building into a house that looks like that.

King Tut
Saturday afternoon I took a look at the calendar and realized that this weekend truly was the last chance I would have to get down to Chicago before it is likely to snow, as every weekend in November involves holidays, work, or other plans.
